1. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally so be sure to browse!

2. You're located in Canada. Why are your prices in USD?
The Tiny Fig ships worldwide and the majority of our customers are International. We ship to places like Australia, Germany, Russia, UK and USA regularly and since the USD is a common currency it is easier for those customers to convert back to their own currency.

3. I'm local (Vancouver, BC). Can I pick up my order?
No sorry.

4. Forms of Payment:
Payment is accepted through Paypal. Credit Card payments are also accepted through Paypal.

5. I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still make a purchase?
You do not need to register for a Paypal account to pay by credit card. When you are ready to checkout, just click on "View Cart" at the top of the page, review your order and click on "Proceed to Checkout". Just click on the "Continue" link and follow the instructions to enter your shipping and credit card info to complete your order.

6. Shipping Rates
I have tried my best to keep shipping as reasonably priced as possible for everyone.
*Orders containing different types of items may need to be sent in seperate packages. Ex: Paper goods need to be sent flat to prevent folding/bending.

7. Shipping Times
Orders are generally shipped out 1-2 days after payment is received. If you pay by E-check your order will be shipped when the payment clears. Orders will generally arrive in 2-3 weeks from shipping date but an occasionally take up to 1 full month for International orders so be sure to order well in advance of the date you need it if it is a gift. All orders are sent out via airmail unless otherwise requested.

8. Insurance, Tracking and Customs
Orders do not include insurance or tracking. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade the shipping for your package please email me at thetinyfig@hotmail.com before ordering and I will give you a quote. All taxes, customs and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

9. Returns/Exchanges
Please email me directly at thetinyfig@hotmail.com if there are any problems with your order (Ex: If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged or you wish to return it for a refund). All returns will be dealt with on a case to case basis. If a return is approved the item(s) must send it back in it's original condition. A refund minus the cost of shipping will occur upon receiving the item(s). All jewellery is FINAL SALE for sanitary reasons no exceptions.

10. Safety Issues
The items sold at The Tiny Fig are very cute and may appear to target younger audiences (children under the age of 13) but The Tiny Fig does not directly market to this demographic and will not be responsible should you decide to give any items purchased to small children (under the age of 13). They are meant for teenagers, young adults and collectors of cute things. Some of the items are small and do contain small parts that could potentially be a choking hazzard.
